Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”), the Privacy Policy, and the Code of Ethics carefully before registering on the website rawahil.com or using any part of its content (hereafter referred to as the “Site,” which includes all content and pages within the domain of Rawahil’s online presence), including accessing any materials, chat rooms, or other digital services. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Code of Ethics together constitute agreements (“Agreements”) between you and Rawahil. By using the website, whether registered or not, you accept and agree to be legally bound by these Agreements.

Rawahil reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on this page or elsewhere on the Site. Continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms and all associated changes.

Online Conduct Rules

You agree to be fully responsible for your use of the Site and any content posted using your username, including, but not limited to, forum posts, questions, comments, videos, file uploads (“User Submissions”). You agree to use the Site in compliance with the Agreements and all applicable local, regional, and international laws and regulations, including copyright laws and export regulations.

As a condition of using Rawahil’s services, you agree not to misuse the Site to damage, disable, or interfere with Rawahil servers or networks, or to disrupt another user’s enjoyment of the Site. Unauthorized access to the Site, accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to Rawahil servers is prohibited. You may not attempt to obtain materials or information not intentionally made available through the Site.

The following is strictly prohibited on the Site:

• Content that defames, harasses, or threatens others
• Content discussing illegal activities
• Content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Obscene, pornographic, immoral, or unauthorized content
• Advertisements or commercial promotions
• Partisan political content
• Viruses, malware, spyware, or similar harmful software
• Knowingly false or misleading contentYou also agree not to collect or download content from the Site in bulk, including but not limited to user directories, online textbooks, user posts, or personal data. You must not impersonate anyone while using the Site.

Violating these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your access and participation on the Site without prior notice.

User Submissions

Warranties & Representations:
Despite the prohibited content listed earlier, by submitting User Submissions, you confirm that (a) you have all necessary rights and permissions to share the content on the Site and allow Rawahil and others to use, modify, and distribute it, and (b) your submissions do not infringe any third-party rights.

You are solely responsible for your User Submissions and any consequences of posting or sharing them.

License to Rawahil:
By submitting your content, you grant Rawahil a worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, perpetual, and irrevocable license to host, use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and publicly perform or display the User Submissions across any media format or channel (existing or future).

License to Users:
You also grant other users a non-exclusive license to access and use your content for personal purposes via the Site.

Certificates & Credentials

Institutions offering courses via the Site may issue certificates or other acknowledgments (“Certificates”) at their discretion for learners demonstrating sufficient mastery of the course. Certificates will be issued by Rawahil under the relevant institution’s name.

No Academic Credit:
Completing a course on Rawahil does not constitute admission to or enrollment in any degree program at the issuing institution. You are not entitled to institutional resources beyond the offered courses.

Trademarks

Use of Rawahil and Partner Institution Names:
“Rawahil” and its logo are trademarks of the Rawahil Foundation for Human Development. Other institutional names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. You may not use these trademarks without prior written consent, especially for promotional or misleading purposes.

Trademarks remain the exclusive property of their owners and no license is implied or granted through Site use.

Warranty Disclaimer / Limitation of Liability

The Site and all materials and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind (express or implied), including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Rawahil and its partners do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, virus-free content, or that the offerings will meet your expectations.

Your use of the Site is at your sole risk. Rawahil is not liable for any damage to your property (e.g., computer systems) or loss of data resulting from use of the Site.

User Submission Disclaimer:
Rawahil is not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, or intellectual property rights of any user-generated content. You understand that you may be exposed to objectionable material and agree to waive any legal claims against Rawahil or its partners related to such exposure.

While Rawahil is not obligated to monitor user content, it reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any submission at its sole discretion.

The Site may contain links to external websites. Rawahil does not endorse or take responsibility for these sites or their content. Use them at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rawahil, its partners, affiliates, faculty, staff, agents, and representatives from any third-party claims arising from your use of the Site, including legal fees and damages.

Miscellaneous

Termination & Service Disruption:
Rawahil reserves the right to terminate your access or discontinue courses at its sole discretion. Repeated copyright infringement will result in termination. You may discontinue use at any time, and termination will also end your rights under these Terms.

Entire Agreement:
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and Code of Ethics represent the entire agreement between you and Rawahil, superseding all previous agreements.

Severability & Waiver:
Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver. If a court finds any provision invalid, the rest remain in effect.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. All disputes shall be resolved in the Central Amman Courts (Palace of Justice). You agree to the jurisdiction of these courts and waive objections based on venue or inconvenience.
